For those of you who want to help join in the rebirth of Lake Delton on Tuesday, 9th June, here's the full calendar of commemorative events (via the Wisconsin Dells Visitor and Convention Bureau):

9:30 am: Entertainment by the Swing Crew at the Tommy Bartlett Show site. (Open to the public – Tommy Bartlett Show, 560 Wisconsin Dells Parkway)
10:00 am: Boat parade in Bartlett Bay will feature 15 water craft decorated to Welcome Back Lake Delton. Be sure to come and enjoy this colorful water flotilla; event judging begins promptly at 10 am by a panel of celebrity judges from across the state. The winner will be presented with the first “Lake Delton Cup” award. (Tommy Bartlett Show site - open to the public)

11:00 am: Press conference with Governor Jim Doyle, State Department Cabinet Secretaries and local dignitaries begins on the shores of Lake Delton. (Tommy Bartlett Show site)

12:30 pm: Release of 9,000 walleye fingerlings at Lake Delton reconstruction area. (sponsored in part by Wilderness Territory)

4:30 pm: Afternoon Tommy Bartlett Show - free to the public.

8:30 pm: Evening Tommy Bartlett Show - free to the public.

8:45 pm: Resorts and businesses rimming Lake Delton will be lit up with tiki torches, luminaries and bonfires to signal "the lights are on and we're open for business" in Wisconsin Dells! Join us for this wonderful celebration.
